Grilled Steak Salad with Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, 1 inch thick
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 frozen soft white dinner rolls (from 13.3-oz bag)
- 3 cups torn salad greens
- 1 small red or yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 thin slice red onion, quartered
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions

Step1Heat gas or charcoal grill. Place beef on grill. Cover grill; cook beef over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until desired doneness. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper; cut into 1/4-inch slices.

Step2Meanwhile, loosely wrap frozen rolls in heavy-duty foil. Place on grill over direct heat. Grill about 6 minutes, turning packet every 2 minutes, until hot.

Step3On 2 individual serving plates, place salad greens and vegetables; top with beef. Drizzle with dressing. Serve with rolls.
