Ingredients
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups thick & chunky salsa, divided
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Mexican cheese blend (2 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream, if desired

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In 2-quart saucepan, cook beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until brown; drain. Add taco seasoning mix, water and 1/2 cup of the salsa; stir until thickened.

Step2Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup beef mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling; press edges to seal. Place on cookie sheet.

Step3Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa and sour cream.
