More About This Recipe
- We don’t know who first thought to put barbecue sauce on a pizza, but we DO know they were a secret genius. You can find it on the menu at pretty much any pizza place, but we’d be doing you a disservice if we didn’t tell you about this particular bbq chicken pizza recipe. First, it only takes five ingredients to make (and just six if you opt for the sprinkle of cilantro on top, which we highly recommend). Second, something magical happens when you make your pizza at home—you get to enjoy it fresh out of the oven (not 20-30 minutes later, after it spends a car ride sitting in a cardboard box), when it tastes the best and the cheese is perfectly melty. And don’t you deserve the optimal pizza experience? We sure think you do.
