More About This Recipe
- What’s better than apple pie? Even more apple pie! Slab pies are basically giant versions of your favorite pies—they are baked in a sheet pan, making them an ideal size to feed a crowd. Plus, the crust-to-filling ratio is a little more equal, so you get a perfect mix of the two in every bite. In this apple slab pie recipe, we kicked things up a notch by ditching the traditional second crust on top and replaced it with an irresistible four-ingredient oat streusel recipe instead, making it the ultimate fall treat.
